Dawn Anderson
Voice Part: Soprano
Hometown: Center Ossipee, NH

DAWN ANDERSON has been singing since forever! Having grown up with barbershop in her ears (her Dad directed for 30 years), transitioning to choral singing was a natural step. She has performed with two Harmony, Inc. choruses, The Harmonettes and A Classic Sound from Attleboro MA. She sang for twelve years with The Choral Art Society of Portland ME; and the New Vocal Collective of Conway, NH performing solo work with both and was a feature soloist with CAS on their first European trip to Budapest and Austria. Touring with the NH Friendship Chorus since 1996 has sparked a passion for travel which Dawn does as often as schedules allow. In addition to Master Chorale, Dawn sings with Amare Cantare of Durham NH. Her day job? Postmaster of the North Conway Post Office. (Pays for the singing habit….) She has studied voice and had several church solo positions, but now spends her Sundays with her two dogs, Lucca and Emma. Oh, and can’t forget the cat, Mrs. G!
